Set up an auto response

You are too busy and you have a ton of emails waiting for reply.
Hotmail has suitable solution for you. By this way, you can write an email notifying that you will reply their emails later or within a few working days.
Please follow detailed steps below:
Step 1: Open your hotmail login account and click on the “setting gear icon” in the top right-hand.
Step 2: Choose “View full settings” at the bottom.
Step 3: Choose “Automatic replies” from “Mail”.
Step 4: Then you can set the response time by ticking “Send replies only during this time period”
Choose “Automatic replies” from “Mail”.
Next, you will see 3 options:
Block your calendar for this period, automatically decline new invitations for events that occur during this period.
Decline and cancel my meetings during this period.
Ticking “Send replies only to contacts” if you don’t want to send the auto response for stranger. If not, please untick it.
Step 5: Now you can design your own automatic response.
Step 6: Remember push “save” button when you’ve done.
